Who are involved
Attendees:
For the first year, about 35 to 40 participants in total. The participants come from the Ukrainian community in Deventer and beyond. A reasonable to good command of the English language (B1+ level) for the participants is a must. Motivation of the participants is of course of the utmost importance. Participation costs €75, to cover material costs.
Coaches/teachers:
The Entrepreneurial Ukraine Foundation prefers to recruit coaches/teachers as regionally as possible. For this purpose, individual coaches/teachers are called upon, who have a connection with the region. In addition, reservists affiliated with the Royal Netherlands Army are also called upon for coaching.

In addition, three guest speakers: Bert de Boer, director of Impaqed Products, who will speak about his company with all its successes and failures, Roel Rietberg, who will speak about cultural differences and Adel Faltas, who will speak about information relevant to entrepreneurs about the Netherlands and (government) structures in the Netherlands.
The curriculum has been tested by experts to ensure it meets high standards.
The coaches/teachers are experienced professionals, flexible in nature, speak fluent English and are committed to the case. They can deal with the diversity of the groups and are prepared to answer individual questions between the companies.
Participants can call on reservists/coaches via the Royal Netherlands Army. These are reservists who are active in daily life as entrepreneurs and also have experience in or with war zones. They are added to the teachers/supervisors for individual guidance of the participants.
